I like being home.

Not pictured:
Brother #2, playing video games (But he's excused since he gave me that super cool shirt. I feel like a DJ).
Grandmother, camera shy.
Mother, away in the Philippines.

scattered

Forgive me, I'm a bit of a mess right now. And while I'd love to share with you all some lovely pictures from my new SLR baby, I can't. I've yet to experience a lazy summer day that doesn't involve any type of intense, tearful, emotional conversation or any physically draining activity (which pathetically for me can mean as little as driving to the next city & back or experiencing a full day of work). I'm tired okay!

To make things worse, I haven't gotten around to unpacking things yet, since I've really only been home to sleep at night. All my things are spread across four rooms of my house and it takes digging through endless bags and suitcases to find anything. Talk about inconvenient.

Not to mention all the romantic uh... challenges I've been going through. 40 days, sigh. Also, I ran into the ex again. Not just him, not just him and his girlfriend, but him, his girlfriend and his entire family. Oh, herro. All of you. S'okay, the one person I needed with me most was right by my side the whole time. Hooray(:

Anyways. Stay tuned, I'd still like to share pictures with you from graduation, Catalina & the debut. Okay? Okay.

Faith

My soul finds rest in God alone;
My salvation comes from him.
He alone is my rock and my salvation;
He is my fortress, I will never be shaken.
-Psalms 62:1-2

Everything will be okay, I promise.

are you tired, anak?

Mmmm, being home has never been so refreshing. The past week has been so, completely, exhausting. I've never had so many talks with people in such a short span of time. Talk about ending the year with a bang, no? Regardless, life is good. God is good.
